OTTAWA, April 18, 2012 /CNW/ - On behalf of the Honourable James Moore, Minister of Canadian Heritage and Official Languages, the Honourable Bernard Valcourt, Minister of State (Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency) (La Francophonie) and member of Parliament (Madawaska-Restigouche), will take part in the opening of the 2012 Salon du livre d'Edmunston on Thursday.
