BURNABY, BC, Feb. 9 /CNW/ - The Board of Directors of Taiga Building Products Ltd. (TSX: TBL & TBL.NT) announces the resignation of Sherwin John Y. Lim from the Board, effective March 31, 2010. The Board would like to thank Mr. Lim for six years of dedicated service.

The Board is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Bradshaw to the Board of Directors, effective April 1, 2010. Jim Bradshaw will be retiring as Taiga's President and CEO on March 31, 2010.
