Media advisory - Free glaucoma screening clinic

MONTREAL, March 11 /CNW Telbec/ - As part of World Glaucoma Day, the Quebec Glaucoma Foundation and CNIB are holding a free glaucoma screening clinic. Glaucoma affects over 65,000 people in Quebec with approximately 35,000 unaware they even have the disease. Glaucoma presents no symptoms until it is too late and the damage it causes is irreversible. Fortunately, early diagnosis can help control or even stop its progression.
