Press convocation - Education is apparently not on the Indian Affairs' agenda!

QUEBEC, Nov. 13 /CNW Telbec/ - The First Nations Education Council invites the media to a press conference to be held on November 19th, in the gymnasium of the Mi'gmac community school of Listuguj, Gaspésie.

On this occasion, the new Chief of the Assembly of First Nations, Shawn Atleo, who will be on tour in the province, the Chief of the AFNQL, Ghislain Picard and the Chief of Listuguj, Allison Metallic, will seriously question the competence of the Department of Indian and Northern Affairs Canada to manage the issue of First Nations education.
