Arbor announces passing of long time director

    TORONTO, Feb. 24 /CNW/ - Arbor Memorial Services Inc. is saddened by the
sudden passing of Mr. Philip Wilson, former President and long time director
of the Company.
    The Company and its employees extend their deepest sympathies to Mr.
Wilson's family.
    The Company announced that due to Mr. Wilson's sudden passing, the Board
of Directors will consider a resolution to reduce to eight (8) the number of
directors to be elected at this year's Annual General Meeting ("AGM"). If
passed, the size of the Board of Directors would be fixed at eight directors.
The AGM is scheduled to be held March 4, 2009 at the Old Mill in Toronto.
