Entertainment Group CEO Lara Lavi since WIDEawake secured the Death Row
catalog at the final Federal US Bankruptcy court hearing on January 15, 2009.
Legal and production teams are now in place to analyze the content offering
and related scope of rights agreements for the overwhelming amount of
intellectual property assets in music, video, film, merchandise, contracts,
court documents and business development related to the Death Row Records
assets now fully purchased for $18 million dollars.

March 11 to March 14, 2009.

Row assets.
2. Announcement of WIDEawake - Death Row Entertainment LLC as the
American company a separate company which actually now owns and
controls all Death Row assets. The original engineer/producer for
Death Row, world renowned producer John Payne has just taken the post
of Senior Vice President of WIDEawake - Death Row Entertainment LLC,
reporting directly to its CEO Ms. Lavi.
3. The company's plans for foreign distribution, publishing and
merchandising of the Death Row assets. These also include the
company's plans to build a special Death Row online portal where fans
can download never before released Death Row music, watch Death Row
TV, participate in contests and dialog with fellow fans world wide.
4. The company's plans for releases including but not limited to the
much anticipated new Tupac Shakur album from previously unreleased
material found within the Death Row vaults.
5. WIDEawake Entertainment Group's plans to construct its large scale
audio and post production facility and soundstage - the Liberty
Studio - in the Liberty market building in the Liberty Village
neighborhood of Toronto - expected construction completion is June
2009.
6. The success of the Sean Jones artist development thus far, including

university students to assist in their expenses to attend future CMW

WIDEawake's priority artist for 2009-2010, singer songwriter Sean Jones is
scheduled to perform at Revival Night Club on March 12 at 9 pm and again
UNPLUGGED on March 14 at 1:15 am at the Library Bar in The Fairmont Royal York
hotel.
