CVET Power Corp. forms subsidiary, CVET Power Automotive Corp., to market to the automotive industry

TORONTO, Nov. 19 /CNW/ - Mr. Ervin Weisz, President and CEO of CVET POWER
CORP., is pleased to announce the formation of its wholly owned subsidiary,
CVET POWER AUTOMOTIVE CORP.(CPAC). CPAC is tasked to market its Continuously
Variable Electronic Transmission (CVET) to the automotive industry.
In response to questions about the need for the formation of CPAC, Mr.
Weisz noted that "although our primary market today is the automotive
industry, CVET technology has significant applications for other industries.
As we identify and pursue target markets, our plan is to form wholly owned
subsidiaries to create focused business groups to access each of these target
markets." Mr. Weisz continued, "Over time, I can readily envision the
formation of subsidiaries for the aeronautical, maritime, biomedical and gear
industries, and others. We recognize that marketing to a helicopter company is
quite different from marketing to the biomedical market or to the automotive
market and these subsidiaries and their business groups can focus their
efforts on specific target industries."
When asked about how CVET Power Corp. would build revenue in these large
market segments, Mr. Weisz further explained that CVET POWER CORP. intends to
build and accelerate production capacity through strategic alliances and
preferred supplier agreements with companies that are existing volume
suppliers to CVET's specific target markets.About CVET POWER CORP.
----------------------CVET POWER CORP. is commercializing a revolutionary new and patented
technology for its Continuously Variable Electronic Transmission (CVET) with
benefits that have the potential to redefine the transportation industry. The
CVET technology enables an engine to run at the optimal speed which provides
the highest fuel efficiency and the lowest toxic emissions under both city and
highway driving conditions. The CVET transfers power from the engine to the
wheels at varying speeds while consuming negligible power on its own operation
and may be used with conventional internal combustion engine, hybrid, fuel
cell and electric powered vehicles.
