Job seekers welcome at NAPP Canada job fair at Centennial College


    TORONTO, Sept. 3 /CNW/ - GTA residents looking for work or a career
change should not miss Job Fair 2008, held at Centennial College's Student
Residence and Conference Centre on Wednesday, Sept. 17. More than 90 local and
national employers are expected to attend this highly focused one-day
recruitment event.
    Employers will be able to meet visitors face-to-face and connect quickly
with serious candidates interested in full-time, contract, co-op, volunteer
and part-time work. The job fair is free and open to the general public in
addition to Centennial students.
    Organizations hiring at the fair include TD Insurance Meloche Monnex,
Best Buy Canada, Extendicare, the Ontario Public Service and MTS Allstream.
Job Fair 2008 is one of a series of employment events organized by NAPP
Canada, a human resources consulting firm that connects jobseekers with
employers.
    Job Fair 2008 will be held from 10 am to 3 pm on Wednesday, Sept. 17 at
Centennial's Student Residence and Conference Centre, 940 Progress Ave. (401 &
