News Company, Inc., announced today the closing of a second round of financing
totalling $3.2 million and important developments toward global
commercialization.
    MediaScrape(TM) has appointed Chris Dingle as President and Chief
Technology Officer. Mr. Dingle was the founding CTO of 24/7 Real Media (sold
recently to WPP for $637 million) and gained experience in leveraging
state-of-the-art technology in media and finance in senior roles with such
companies as Lehman Brothers in New York and London and Matshushita Electrica
Works in Osaka, Japan. Mr. Dingle holds a Masters of Electrical Engineering
from Cornell University and is responsible for coordinating the
MediaScrape(TM) technology teams in Chiang Mai and Bangkok, Thailand and
Montreal, Canada as well as extending MediaScrape's current syndication
networks.
