WireIE and e3 Solutions bring Carbon Management to Telecom Industry

    TORONTO, Oct. 24 /CNW/ - WireIE International Holdings Inc. and e3
Solutions Inc. have executed a reseller agreement for e3's Enterprise Carbon
Management (ECM) software. The e3 ECM solution allows companies to effectively
measure, monitor and verify their carbon footprint, thus enabling carbon
reduction strategies to work effectively.
    Based in Richmond Hill Ontario, WireIE has added the Carbon Management
software to its suite of carbon-reducing wireless telecom solutions. WireIE is
actively involved in the shift from traditional wireless technologies and
infrastructure, to cost and carbon-reducing solutions.
    "The software's framework was built for enterprise level Governance, Risk
& Compliance (GRC) activities with full-audit tracking capabilities and adds
to the portfolio of WireIE's carbon reduction solutions to ensure certifiable
offsets are captured," said Robert Barlow, President and CEO of WireIE.
    The inclusion of e3 Solutions into WireIE's carbon reduction strategy for
the telecommunications industry will identify and quantify plans to reduce
carbon at the enterprise level. Both WireIE and e3 Solutions use certified
carbon offsets in order to reduce their carbon footprint.
