Grey Island Announces Amalgamation with Grey Island Systems Inc.

    TORONTO, July 4 /CNW Telbec/ - Grey Island Systems International Inc.
(TSX Venture: "GIS") announces that, it has, effective June 30, 2007, been
amalgamated with its wholly-owned subsidiary Grey Island Systems Inc. to
create Grey Island Systems International Inc. as the ongoing corporate entity.
The amalgamation was carried out to streamline the operations of the two
corporate entities by combining them into one.
