Imaflex announces the amendment of its stock option plan

    MONTREAL, June 19 /CNW Telbec/ - Imaflex Inc. (TSX Venture Exchange -
IFX.A) ("Imaflex") is pleased to announce that the board of directors of
Imaflex has approved a resolution modifying the rolling stock option plan to a
fixed number stock option plan. The number of common shares reserved for
issuance under the fixed number stock option plan remains unchanged and is
fixed at 3,735,000.
    The TSX Venture Exchange has approved the fixed stock option plan on
June 15, 2007.
