Tech Watch: 21st Century Window Shopping Arrives to Toronto

TORONTO, June 8, 2011 /CNW/ - Thursday, June 9th - It's time for a change.

With 10 days to Father's Day, Swiss Watchmaker Tissot will demonstrate its commitment to technology by launching Augmented Reality, an outdoor virtual reality try-on experience, as part of The Bay's windows at the corner of Yonge & Queen.  Shoppers are invited to try on virtual watches to help find a watch for themselves or their dads.

Innovators by tradition since 1873, Tissot is the first watchmaker in the world to offer the opportunity to experience the brand virtually in 3D.

Augmented reality runs until Saturday, June 18th.
