Tabling of the Québec Ombudsman's 2010-2011 Annual Report - Special online edition of investigation results

QUÉBEC CITY, Sept. 29, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - Accounts of complaints and reports from the Ombudsman's 2010-2011 Annual Report will be released at www.protecteurducitoyen.qc.ca in a special Internet edition of the investigation results tabled by the Ombudsman each week.  This special edition can be accessed on the site's homepage.

Since spring, the Québec Ombudsman has been posting summaries and results of government and health and social services investigations on its website. For each case, a brief account of the grounds for complaint, the Ombudsman's recommendations to the authorities, and the results achieved can be found under the Investigation Results heading. An RSS feed is also available so that subscribers can be immediately updated when new results are posted.
