The Productivity Solutions division specializes in integrated absence management and leave programs that help clients reduce their occupational health care costs and improve workplace productivity.

Sedgwick CMS plans to extend employment offers to the client service teams of Nationwide Better Health's Productivity Solutions, with additional employment opportunities available as of closing. Client services will remain in Ohio.
The transaction is expected to close during the second quarter of 2011.
