Associates Inc. are pleased to announce an agreement has been concluded
with URS/Scott Wilson to purchase its Canada-based mining consulting
business and create an independent employee-owned company providing
consulting and engineering services to the mining industry.
"Operating under the trading name RPA, the new company is a return to
the roots of Roscoe Postle Associates, offering clients practical
advice and solutions at the level of technical excellence and quality
that has made it a renowned and respected name throughout the mining
world since 1985," says Graham Clow, P.Eng., President and CEO of RPA.
RPA will operate with the same staff and from the same facilities and
locations as the existing company -- Toronto, Vancouver, Denver,
London, England, Rouyn-Noranda, and Quebec City.
