TORONTO, April 6 /CNW/ - "Rhythm of Hope embodies a collective passion
and belief in the continued efforts on the part of Canadians to raise
awareness and funds for those in need, after the devastating earthquake
in Japan on March 11th", Mitsuo Hosokawa, Madog Design.
This concert marks one month since the earthquake - to be held on Monday
April 11th at 7:30pm at Victoria College, U of T. The concert features renowned
violinist Lynn Kuo, who has earned accolades for "her impeccable
playing and tasteful phrasing".
"In times of crisis, more than ever do we as a community need to gather
our hearts and bare our indomitable spirits. To our brothers and
sisters in Japan, we are here to heal and support through the elevated

Proceeds to this event will be donated to the Red Cross Earthquake
Appeal. At this time, the Japanese Red Cross has indicated their
greatest need is financial resources and has requested the support of
the Canadian Red Cross in raising funds to support response operations
underway in affected communities.
