ended January 31, 2011. For the nine months ended January 31, 2011,
revenue increased by 72% to $7.4M, compared to $4.3M in the prior
period, demonstrating the growth in sales volumes for the Manufacturing
Division and steady sales for the Chassis Modification Division.
Mr. Ray English, CEO, commented, "Going forward, we are optimistic due
to notice received from several of our key customers advising the
Company to anticipate increased orders for core products in calendar
years 2011 and 2012."
