Presentation of the Tourisme Montréal Board of Directors for 2011-2012

MONTREAL, June 8, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - On June 1, members of Tourisme Montréal gathered for the Annual General Meeting, during which they held an election for the organization's 2011-2012 Board of Directors. Comprised of 17 directors in all, the new board will ensure continuity with 14 re-elected members, and the fresh perspectives of three new members, namely Ms. Danielle Sauvage, Mr. Yves Devin and Mr. David Heurtel.

Tourisme Montréal would like to sincerely thank outgoing directors Ms. Suzanne Lareau, President and CEO of Vélo Québec, Ms. Francine Lelièvre, General Manager of the Pointe-à-Callière, Montréal Museum of Archaeology and History, and Mr. Nicola Di Ciocco, Vice President of Development at Conservus, for their invaluable support and dedication during their time on the Board of Directors.

The new Board of Directors, who will contribute to the good governance of Tourisme Montréal's business practices for the 2011-2012 financial year, is comprised of the following 17 directors:
