Naturally Advanced Technologies Announces Board Change

VICTORIA, BC and PORTLAND, OR, June 1, 2012 /CNW/ - Naturally Advanced Technologies Inc. ("NAT" or the "Company") (TSXV: NAT) (OTCBB: NADVF), which produces and markets CRAiLAR®, a natural fiber made from flax and other bast fibers, has received the resignation of Scott Staff as a director of the Company, which resignation was accepted by the Company's board of directors effective May 25, 2012.  The board wishes to thank Mr. Staff for his service to the Company.
