MFDA to adjourn Hearing on the Merits in the Matter of James Woloshen

TORONTO, April 12 /CNW/ - The MFDA commenced a disciplinary proceeding in respect of James Woloshen by Notice of Hearing dated September 10, 2010.

The hearing of this matter on its merits, previously scheduled for April 13-15, 2011, will be adjourned to a date to be determined during a teleconference appearance before the Hearing Panel on April 13, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. (Eastern).

Members of the public wishing to listen to the teleconference may do so at the MFDA offices located at 121 King Street West, Suite 1000, Toronto, Ontario. The appearance will be open to the public, except as may be required for the protection of confidential matters.

A copy of the Notice of Hearing is available on the MFDA website at www.mfda.ca.
