TORONTO, Feb. 11 /CNW/ - A Hearing Panel of the Central Regional Council
of the Mutual Fund Dealers Association of Canada ("MFDA") has issued
its Reasons for Decision in connection with the hearings held in
Toronto, Ontario on April 21 and 22, 2010 and May 18, 2010 in the
matter of ASL Direct Inc. and Adrian Samuel Leemhuis.

The MFDA is the self-regulatory organization for Canadian mutual fund
dealers, regulating the operations, standards of practice and business
