LegalShield Provider Law Firms Recognized at Awards Banquet
ADA, Okla., Nov. 7, 2011 /CNW/ -- On November 4, LegalShield held the "2011 Provider WOW Awards Banquet" to honor the top 10 provider law firm award winners among the 40 independent law firms that provide legal services to the estimated 1.4 million members (customers) throughout the U.S. and four provinces of Canada.
The annual awards ceremony -- held this year at the Westin Crown Center in Kansas City, Missouri -- includes the "WOW Service Awards," which are presented to the law firms, attorneys, professional and administrative staff within the LegalShield Provider Law Firm Network. The awards program is based on "WOW Service from the Heart," a proprietary customer service and best practices program that was developed by LegalShield (formerly Pre-Paid Legal Services) to help ensure the highest quality service to LegalShield members.
The "WOW Service Awards" is directly connected to the "WOW: Service from the Heart" training program, according to Leslie Fisher, LegalShield Vice President of Provider Services and the architect of the program now in its fourth year of operation.
"Through a sophisticated system with real time monitoring, surveys and unsolicited customer communications, LegalShield is able to maintain a data-driven record of performance and best practices among our provider law firms," Fisher said. "Our annual awards recognize the highest quality work by our provider law firms in serving LegalShield members," she said.
