VANCOUVER, Nov. 17, 2011 /CNW/ - Ledcor Group of Companies is proud to have been named one of Canada's 10 Most Admired Corporate Cultures™ of 2011. This prestigious award was announced today by Waterstone Human Capital.

The award program, which is in its 7th year, annually recognizes best-in-class Canadian organizations for having a culture that has helped enhance performance and sustain a competitive advantage. Ledcor has built its culture on its people being at the heart of the company's success. Ledcor works diligently to attract and develop talented, energetic people by giving them challenging career options; providing inspiring leadership and giving access to opportunities and resources to continually develop their knowledge, expertise and skills, so they can make a difference at work and in the community.

"Ledcor's modern day culture of family values, collaboration, safety and excellence has been critical to its success," said Waterstone Chairman and CEO, Marty Parker.
