Hudak PCs Slammed For Deceit

TORONTO, Sept. 15, 2011 /CNW/ - Tim Hudak has a long record of dishonesty toward nurses, teachers and working families.  But Hudak's staged event in Leamington yesterday has set a startling new record for deceit.

As reported in a front-page story in this morning's Windsor Star, Hudak and his handlers wanted local residents to participate in a law-and-order event.  When they approached parents who had raised the issue, the parents declined because they don't believe Hudak's scheme would improve community safety.

So, incredibly, Hudak and his team instead drafted stand-ins to participate in their event - and give the false impression that they were the local parent advocates.

The stunt was shockingly dishonest.  But don't take our word for it.  Here's what one of the original parent advocates had to say:

"To have somebody do that behind our backs really presents the issue of how honest and how far they will go to implement what they're saying. I mean how much can you trust them at this point now?"

      - Cynthia Raheb, Windsor Star, September 15, 2011

This comes one week after Hudak imported nurses from Niagara to stand in as props at an event in a Hamilton hospital.

There is a reason Ontarians are having a hard time trusting Tim Hudak, they have been burned by him before.
