TORONTO, May 10 /CNW/ - Davis + Henderson Corporation (TSX: DH) ("D+H" or "Davis + Henderson") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.30 per common share payable on June 30, 2011 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 31, 2011. The dividend is an eligible dividend for Canadian income tax purposes.
The declaration of this quarterly dividend is consistent with D+H's January 19, 2011 press release regarding its intentions with respect to dividend declaration and payments for 2011.
