MONTREAL, Sept. 9, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - Consumer Law Group Inc. today
announced the filing in the Quebec Superior Court of a proposed
national class action lawsuit against Full Tilt Poker on behalf of
individuals who have funds being held in their Full Tilt Poker Player
The class action involves Full Tilt Poker's illegal freezing of
customers' money that is kept in their internet poker player's accounts
accessible through the website www.fulltiltpoker.com.
Since June 30th 2011, after their gaming license was suspended, Full Tilt shut down its
internet card rooms to all players (American residents had been blocked
since April 15).
From that time forward, Full Tilt Poker has not permitted Canadian
players to make cash out requests, completely denying them access to
their own Player Accounts and to their own funds.
Anyone who has money being held in their Full Tilt Player Account should
contact our law firm at firstname.lastname@example.org 1-888-909-7863. Alternatively, please complete the form at http://www.clg.org/Class-Action/List-of-Class-Actions/Full-Tilt-Poker-Cashout-National-Class-Action.
