CLAYMORE INVESTMENTS ANNOUNCES UNIT CONSOLIDATION OF THE CLAYMORE NATURAL GAS COMMODITY ETF

/NOT FOR DISTRIBUTION TO U.S. NEWSWIRE SERVICES OR FOR DISSEMINATION IN THE UNITED STATES/

TORONTO, May 4 /CNW/ - Claymore Investments, Inc. ("Claymore") the manager and trustee of the Claymore Natural Gas Commodity ETF ("GAS"), has announced today that it intends to consolidate the units of GAS as indicated below:

Unit Consolidation

After the Toronto Stock Exchange has closed for trading on Monday, May 9, 2011, the units of GAS will be consolidated on the basis of a 1:10 ratio and will begin trading on a consolidated basis on Tuesday, May, 10, 2011, the effective date of the consolidation.
