pleased to announce the launch of the common and advisor class units of
the Claymore S&P US Dividend Growers ETF (TSX:CUD/CUD.A).
The Claymore S&P US Dividend Growers ETF has been designed to replicate,
to the extent possible, the performance of the S&P High Yield Dividend
Aristocrats CAD Hedged Index, net of expenses. The S&P High Yield
Dividend Aristocrats CAD Hedged Index is comprised of the 60 highest
dividend yielding constituents of the stocks of the S&P Composite 1500
Index that have increased dividends every year for at least 25

The Claymore S&P US Dividend Growers ETF has closed the initial offering
of its units and the units will begin trading on the Toronto Stock
Exchange when it opens this morning.
