McCown, Stephen Brunt, Scott Feschuk, Greg Brady and Jim Lang as the
publication's official team of columnists.
"We are blessed with some of the most powerful and engaging voices in
the world of sport in our pages," said Maich. "It's truly a dream
lineup of columnists to complement an outstanding roster of feature
writers, led by Gare Joyce. We promised Sportsnet magazine would look
and read like no other magazine Canadians have ever picked up, and this
group of writers will help us fulfill that promise."

bi-weekly with 26 issues per year. It will launch with a circulation
of 100,000 copies.

Here is an introduction to Sportsnet magazine's columnists:
One of the best-known commentators of sports issues for decades, Bob
McCown joins Sportsnet magazine to answer questions and comments
submitted by readers in his own inimitable style. As the old saying
goes, don't ask a question unless you're prepared to hear the answer.
Anyone who's ever listened to or watched McCown's show Prime Time
Sports on Sportsnet Radio The FAN 590 knows that McCown doesn't suffer
fools gladly. In fact, he doesn't suffer them at all.
Long the lead sports columnist for The Globe and Mail, Stephen Brunt is
one of the most influential and respected commentators in the world of
sports. Now, his millions of fans can find his unmistakable style in
his new home: on the back page of Sportsnet magazine.
Millions of Canadians know Scott Feschuk through his weekly column in
Maclean's as one of the country's funniest and most insightful
commentators on pop culture and politics. What they might not know is
that Feschuk is also a keen observer of the sports world, and he will
bring his sharp eye and wit to the pages of Sportsnet magazine.
Greg Brady and Jim Lang
The popular hosts of the morning show for Sportsnet Radio The FAN 590 in
Toronto, Brady and Lang will do what they do best: argue about the most
