Sunstone Opportunity (2006) Debenture Fund and Sunstone Opportunity
Fund (2006) Limited Partnership (together the "Issuers") announced
today that they have sold Millwoods Mainstreet Mall, located in
Edmonton, Alberta for $38,500,000 less standard closing costs and
adjustments, including third party real estate commissions. The sale
was completed on March 31, 2011.
The property was acquired by the Issuers in March 2007 for $29,000,000
plus standard closing costs and adjustments.
