securities regulatory authorities in each of Alberta, British Columbia,
Manitoba, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador, Nova Scotia,
Ontario, Prince Edward Island, Saskatchewan and Québec for a decision
that it be deemed to have ceased to be a reporting issuer in such
jurisdictions. As a reporting issuer under applicable Canadian
securities laws, the Company is subject to Canadian filing and
disclosure requirements in addition to those applicable under the laws
of the United States. If the decision is made, the Company will no
longer be a reporting issuer in any jurisdiction in Canada.
