Terra Energy Corp. is a junior, full-cycle exploration and production company engaged in the exploration for, development and production of natural gas and oil, with operations concentrated primarily in northeastern British Columbia and Peace River Arch region of Alberta .

Our management team has extensive experience and depth in all relevant disciplines. Together, we have developed a detailed integrated growth plan – a balanced-risk strategy of acquiring, exploring and exploiting value-added opportunities within our core project areas in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin . The company currently produces approximately 7,000 boe per day and is weighted 74% gas, 12% gas liquids, and 14% to oil.

Terra Energy's approach traditionally has been to grow through the drill bit. Today with the down turn in the credit markets, the capital markets and in commodity prices, the opportunity exists for the Company to grow through merger and acquisitions. This is particularly so given the sound production base and solid balance sheet of the Company.

The near-term objectives of the Company include:

• reaching the level of “intermediate” status, namely 10,000 boed, as soon as possible;
• to improve the balance between oil and gas in our commodity mix; and
• to maintain strong balance sheet going forward.

The Company has completed two acquisitions to date in 2009 which add substantial production, reserves and undeveloped lands to the Company's existing asset base and increase the Company’s weighting to oil.
