Horizon North Logistics Inc. ("Horizon" or the "Corporation") is a remote resource development service company that operates in three business segments. The Camps & Catering segment provides lodging and food services in locations that do not have the infrastructure to support large workforces. Horizon manufactures camp units at its two manufacturing facilities for both sale and rental to customers and provides full service on-site catering services for large and small work camps. The Matting segment provides surface road and location mats for locations where ground conditions are not sufficient to support heavy equipment year round. Horizon is a full service matting solution provider, manufacturing mats for both sale and rental to customers, transporting and installing mats, and managing customer owned mats on their behalf. The Marine segment operates tug boats and camp and work barges on the Mackenzie River in the Northwest Territories.
