Real Sports Bar & Grill heading to the nation’s capital

With a 25 foot HD television screen, nearly 100 beers on tap and an upscale menu, Real Sports is the ultimate sports bar experience

OTTAWA, June 20, 2012 /CNW/ - Real Sports Bar & Grill is coming to Ottawa. The pioneering, award-winning sports bar concept will provide Ottawa sports fans of all stripes the perfect place to cheer on their team. Slated to open in November and located in the heart of the Byward Market, Real Sports Bar & Grill will host 419 seats of pure sports lovers' delight.

Guests will feel like they are right in the middle of the action with Real Sports' 25-foot High-Definition television screen and with 99 HD televisions in all - there will be no such thing as a bad seat. The restaurant will feature a VIP area with tabletop beer taps, two outdoor patios, and the biggest HD screen in the city.

After the game, fans can refresh with almost a hundred beers on tap, or sample the Real Sports signature creative beer blends. The expansive beer, cocktail and wine menu will be the ideal accompaniment to a menu that will offer fresh alternatives and unique twists to traditional sports bar fare. Real Sports is transforming old favourites into new cravings, with dishes like the Cheeseburger Spring Rolls or Quesadilla Sliders.

With a full service, $600,000 kitchen, designed to service from-scratch meals, the focus is truly on fresh food.
