What:	The spotlight will be along the shores of the Welland International Flatwater Centre (WIFC) when TO2015, joined by officials from the Government of Canada, the Province of Ontario and the City of Welland, provides a progress update on the venue.  WIFC architects Rounthwaite Dick and Hadley Architects Inc. will reveal the designs of the Centre.
