TORONTO, May 2, 2012 /CNW/ - NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT a quarterly dividend on Loblaw Companies Limited Common Shares, and Second Preferred Shares, Series A is payable as follows:

Common Shares	- $0.21 per share payable July 1, 2012, to shareholders of record June 15, 2012;
Second Preferred Shares, Series A	- $0.371875 per share payable July 31, 2012, to shareholders of record July 15, 2012.
