TORONTO, Feb. 9, 2012 /CNW/ - A 30 year-old transformer is prepped for replacement in front of Union Station.  A Toronto Hydro crew including, Tim O'Sullivan (right), installed a much needed new transformer powering part of the downtown core. This project is part of Toronto Hydro's long-term plan to replace the 29% of its assets that are past their useful life.
