TORONTO, Dec. 31, 2011 /CNW/ - LOTTO MAX players in Ontario end 2011 on a high note. The winning ticket for the $50 million jackpot from last night's (December 30, 2011) LOTTO MAX draw was purchased in the Ottawa region.
In addition to the winning jackpot ticket, there were four winning MAXMILLIONS tickets from the 10 drawn last night. One winning ticket, worth $1 million, was purchased in Toronto. The three other winning MAXMILLIONS tickets were sold in Western Canada and BC.
Also, a ticket sold in Brantford is sharing part of the second prize pool with two other tickets sold in Western Canada and BC. These tickets are each worth $223,547.
