COM DEV Wins Commercial Contract

CAMBRIDGE, ON, Dec. 6, 2011 /CNW/ - COM DEV International Ltd. (TSX:CDV), a leading manufacturer of space hardware subsystems, today announced that it has been awarded a contract to deliver hardware, including switches, multiplexers, filters and diplexers, for a commercial communications satellite. The contract changes are fully funded with a combined value in excess of CDN $6 million.  Work on the contract will be carried out at the Company's facility in Cambridge, Ontario with completion expected by the end of fiscal 2012.
