World's top thinkers, Malcolm Gladwell and Roger Martin, headline CMA Winter Conference: BIGiDEAS 2011

TORONTO, Dec. 6, 2011 /CNW/ - Certified Management Accountants of Ontario and the Professional Development Institute hosts their Winter Conference: BIGiDEAS 2011 December 8-9 with a conversation between best-selling author, Malcolm Gladwell and Dean of the Rotman School of Management, Roger Martin. Both were recently named to Thinkers50 - an elite global ranking of business leaders on the originality and impact of their ideas.

From political gridlock to innovation, Martin and Gladwell will discuss how collaboration may be the core enabler of success in today's complex environment.

Rounding out the discussion, Michael Bloom of The Conference Board of Canada will facilitate a panel discussion of Ontario business leaders who will discuss how wrestling productivity to the ground in their organizations has driven their companies' success.

"We're very excited to host Malcolm Gladwell and Roger Martin at our winter conference and provide Ontario business people with access to this conversation," says Janet Treasure, Vice-president, Professional Development Institute, CMA Ontario.
