Brookfield Investment Management Selects RBC Dexia to Service New Dublin-domiciled UCITS Funds

DUBLIN, Dec. 5, 2011 /CNW/ - RBC Dexia Investor Services has been selected by Brookfield Investment Management Inc. to provide Fund Administration, Shareholder Services, Custody, Trustee, Cash Management, Foreign Exchange, Financial Reporting, KII services, and Risk & Investment Analytics for a new Irish UCITS fund structure with four sub funds established in early November.

Brookfield Investment Management Inc. is a global investment manager focused on specialized equity and fixed income securities investments. They are part of a growing trend of North American asset managers looking to increase their global profile and grow international distribution by launching a UCITS fund platform.

Brookfield Investment Management Inc.'s new UCITS structure will initially have four sub funds focused on maximizing Brookfield's experience in the management of listed real estate, listed infrastructure and corporate high yield bond investment strategies.
