TORONTO, Nov. 15, 2011 /CNW/ - Biosign Technologies Inc. (TSXV: BIO) (the "Company") announces the monthly terms of the agreement reached with Bay Street Connect whereby the latter will provide Biosign with investor relations and financial communications services. Bay Street Connect, a Toronto-based company owned by its employees, provides communications services to Canadian public companies. The service contract is anticipated to cost $7,500 per month and is for an initial term of twelve months and may be terminated on 30-day notice.
