Mises Canada and the Austrian School of Economics is coming to Montreal

TORONTO, Nov. 1, 2011 /CNW Telbec/ - In coordination with the Cambridge House Investment Conference in Montreal, QC (November 18-19, 2011), the Ludwig von Mises Institute of Canada will hold its inaugural meeting in Montreal. The event will be held on Saturday, November 19 at the Hilton Bonaventure Montreal at 17h00. This will be an excellent networking opportunity for proponents of limited government and the Austrian school of economics.

The event will be an occasion to hear speakers Mlle. Marie-Josée Loiselle (www.mjeconomics.com) discuss government interference in personal finances, Mlle. Joanne Marcotte (www.jomarcotte.wordpress.com), one of the founders of the Quebec Freedom Network, present her new book Pour en finir avec le Gouvernemaman and M. Pierre-Guy Veer introduce Murray Rothbard's economic essay "The Case for a 100 Percent Gold" translated into French by M. Veer. The book will be available for sale at the event, and the talks will be given in both French and English.

Registration for the event is available at www.mises.ca. The fee is $20 and includes a wine & cheese. Tickets will also be available for purchase at the Ludwig von Mises Institute of Canada booth at the Cambridge Investment Conference.
