The Maxwell House Optimism Café Opens for the Month of July in the Heart of The Beach

TORONTO, July 5, 2011 /CNW/ -

WHAT:   Hockey players (and most fans) are optimistic to the very core. No matter the losses, it is essential that they pump themselves up for a win the next time.  To help Torontonians spread optimism and start their day off right, NHL MVP Corey Perry will be brewing some good as the star barista at the brand new Maxwell House Optimism Café in The Beach on Wednesday, July 6, 2011.

For July only, the Maxwell House Optimism Café serves up free hot and iced coffee. This is all part of Maxwell House's mission to raise the level of optimism in Canada.

To help kick-start the Grand Opening, Corey will be commenting about optimism, what it means to him and how it is an important ingredient in his hockey career.

In the spirit of celebrating optimism in The Beach, the Optimism Café will host fun, uplifting events throughout the month. Events and hours will be listed in the café or at Facebook.com/brewsomegood.
