TORONTO, Jan. 28 /CNW/ - Bauer Performance Sports Ltd. announced today that it has filed a preliminary prospectus with the securities regulatory authorities in each of the provinces and territories of Canada in connection with a proposed initial public offering of its common shares. The offering is being made through a syndicate of underwriters led by RBC Capital Markets and CIBC, and including BMO Capital Markets, Scotia Capital Inc., TD Securities Inc., and Macquarie Capital Markets Canada Ltd.
