Sprylogics' Subsidiary, Devesys Technologies Inc., Signs Two Multi-Seat License Agreements

  • PMI Group chooses TrakWebTM to support case management
  • U.S. Utility company upgrades to TrakEnterpriseTM 6.7 enhanced case management

TORONTO, June 22, 2011 /CNW/ - Sprylogics International Corp. (SPY:TSX-V) is pleased to announce that its subsidiary, Devesys Technologies, Inc. (DTI), is providing a multi-seat TrakWeb™ software license to PMI Group (also  known as Policy Masters, Inc.) for implementation of the Office of Inspector General and Whistleblower Program for the Los Angeles Community College District's $6 billion bond-funded construction programs.  TrakWeb will be used for monitoring and reporting on investigations, audits, and compliance activities.

TrakWeb is an industry-leading enterprise case and investigation tracking, reporting and management system. This browser-based case tracking system serves large groups of users, or organizations with users in widely scattered locations—all on the client's own hardware and within their corporate firewall.

"TrakWeb will be customized to more closely fit the needs of PMI Group regarding what information is captured, how it is organized and presented to the users, and the content and organization of reports," said Jim Preysz, Vice President of DTI.

In addition, DTI recently signed another license agreement to upgrade a U.S. eastern regional energy and utility company's current case management system to the enhanced industry-standard TrakEnterpriseTM 6.7.

This multi-seat upgrade includes HR data lookup, in-place encryption of sensitive content, and tools to import data from an MS Access legacy database and MS Excel spreadsheets. Users will include personnel in the Ethics and Compliance Department and investigators from various departments.

"This extensive upgrade for our long-standing client, to the .NET platform puts them on the cutting edge of case tracking and investigation enterprise solutions. We anticipate many of our clients will follow suit with this highly beneficial upgrade path in the coming months," said Jim Preysz, Vice President of DTI.
