Planned power outage to upgrade electrical system in the Kingston area
TORONTO, Sept. 15 /CNW/ - Hydro One confirmed today there will be a planned power interruption Sunday, September 19, 2010 as the Company undertakes work to improve service and power reliability in the Kingston area.
