    TORONTO, Aug. 30 /CNW/ - ARBOR MEMORIAL SERVICES INC. today announced
that it has declared an eligible dividend of seven cents a share to be paid on
November 1, 2007 to shareholders of Class A and B shares of record as at
October 12, 2007.

    Arbor Memorial Services Inc. owns 41 cemeteries, 27 crematoria, 3
reception centres located on cemetery premises, and 93 funeral homes in eight
provinces of Canada.
