ACE AVIATION ANNOUNCES ADJUSTMENT TO OFFICER ROLES

MONTREAL, Dec. 21 /CNW Telbec/ - Robert Milton, presently Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer of ACE, announced today on behalf of the Board that, with effect from January 1, 2011, Brian Dunne, currently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer will become the President of ACE. His new title will be President and Chief Financial Officer. Robert Milton will continue in the role of ACE Chairman and Chief Executive Officer.
